Hello, I'm Yvonne!
My passion is to explore and learn – to explore and learn about the world, life, people, myself – and to support others to do the same.

Life is the “full catastrophe” (Jon Kabat-Zinn) – joys and sorrows. I believe living this full catastrophe, every moment of it, is what it means to be human – experiencing and being with all that life presents to you.
"I cannot make you happy but I can support you in the creation of your own happiness."

Take a breath and step back so that
you can see clearly.

What a life changing experience it was! I, too, have meditated every day since. Every night at bedtime and most mornings. The change I have experienced is amazing. I'm always sharing with people the benefits of meditation and sharing how it has improved the quality of my life. Priceless!
